Abstract

Various sectors of society are driven by new technological resources, including the legal activities carried out by the Judiciary, which demonstrates the growing use of virtual proceedings by courts and forums, where risks of violations of private data arise. The question then arises as to how to strike a balance between promoting technological innovation and protecting individual rights. This paper aims to present alternatives for protecting neuro-rights, considering the accelerated development of artificial intelligence – AI. In this way, it is possible to preserve personal data in the face of the advance of AI, without abandoning anthropocentric responsibility, with a focus on citizens’ basic digital skills.
