Contributions to Improving the Administrative and Academic Management of Higher Education in Timor-Leste

Abstract

The aim is to address the administrative and academic management of higher education in Timor-Leste in relation to three topics: characterising higher education in Timor-Leste as it changes; the problem of internalising academic action in Timorese higher education; and improving administrative management and academic management. We hope that the contributions on these three topics will stimulate Timorese higher education institutions to develop correct and more effective practices in academic administration policy.
