Abstract

Transparency and ethics are two aspects of scientific research management for the promotion and development of Science, Technology, and Innovation. Timor-Leste lacks studies on transparency and ethics in STI management. This article seeks to demonstrate what has been done in terms of research transparency and ethics as principles of good governance for the promotion and development of STI in Timor-Leste, coordinated by the National Institute of Science and Technology.
